To help you choose the best PCP hand pump for your needs, here are some of the features that you should consider:

Size:

Hand pumps come in a variety of sizes.  For rifles, the general rule is that the larger the gun – in terms of caliber – the larger the pump. Smaller rifles with .177 caliber or smaller can use smaller pumps, while larger rifles with .22 and .25 calibers need pumps that are more powerful.

PCP hand pumps can vary in price depending on their size, power and brand. Generally, however, they are not too expensive. You can find a good PCP pump for around $100 to $150.

GX H-4 PCP Hand Pump

Excellent pump! I use it to fill my Benjamin Discovery and Dragon Claw.GX H-4 PCP Hand Pump -Oil-Moisture Filter

It is easy to pump and the pressure gauge makes it simple to know when you’re done.

The gauge does work but it is a little flakey in that you have to kind of tap it for it to come on.

Still, it’s very accurate and easy to read so it’s a small quibble.

The product description says that it’s made from aluminum but it’s actually steel and weighs quite a bit more than I expected.

The pump is extremely well made and is smooth to use. The pressure relief valve works well, and the airgun adapter fits perfectly in my airgun tank’s valve.

You can get max pressure 4500 psi/310Bar with this compact hand pump.

Pumping up my Benjamin Marauder from 2000 PSI to 3000 PSI took about 30 strokes.

This isn’t bad at all considering the pressure difference, but I was really hoping that it would take less strokes since I’m using this pump with an airgun instead of a pneumatic device that can accept a much lower fill pressure.

It has good Oil-water filter which can remove 90% of moisture and inflate your scuba diving tank without moisture air.

Blue desiccant become red as enough water, you can pour out the water.

Light weight 3.1 kg length 62cm/24.5inch closed, easy transport and storage, perfect for home or in field use.

The water trap works well and has no leaks, although I’m not sure if you are supposed to remove the desiccant when you store the pump since there isn’t any clear instructions on how to do this.

Overall, I am very happy with this purchase, but I wish this pump was lighter in weight.
